1/8-scale
The DC Icons line was released concurrently with the Cover Girls Wave 3: Artgerm line. These statues also feature New 52 costumes. This line was originally focused on male characters but eventually included Harley Quinn and Wonder Woman. Although some of these were advertised as 1/6-scale statues, they're really 1/8-scale statues.

The Constantine statue is not officially part of any line but is in the same 1/8-scale as the DC Icons statues.
