It's been a while since Diamond Select Toys released a PVC statue based on the DCAU Timmverse. I think the last one was Batman Beyond from back in May 2018. DST created another Batman for 2020, which was originally scheduled for May but got delayed due to the COVID-19 situation. I was able to buy it online last week, though retailers will probably get their inventory at different times depending on shipments.
The statue is about the same size as the others in the line, though the product box is larger than most due to the outstretched right arm. (I wonder if DST considered making the right arm a detachable part so that the product box wouldn't have so much empty space in it.) The product box has four windows, and you can find a small catalog inside as well.
When I first saw pictures of this statue on display at various industry exhibitions, I was concerned about the base. It looked like a Ferengi starship. However, in hand, I finally understood what DST was trying to do -- it's shaped like the bat-symbol on Batman's chest.
QC is fine in general, though there are some rough spots. For example, if you look under the base, you can see two places where the plastic wasn't cut smoothly. Also, on my copy, part of the utility belt was machined/cut sloppily. The chest logo is a separate piece, which is fine, though I wish it had been recessed a bit more.
If he were standing straight, this Batman would be 9-inches tall. He's basically the same size as the Batman throwing a Batarang.
I know that DST is considering making more Batman TAS resin busts, but I would love to see more full-size PVC statues as well. These really are the best statue values on the market.
