DC Direct / Collectibles has released two versions of this statue in two different lines. The Batman B&W version was released a while back in 2017. I think the RWB version was supposed to be released in as early as 2020, but Warner and DC have been dealing with corporate reshuffling during the the past couple of years (as well as COVID-related delays). The statue is based on Amanda Conner's design for the New 52 Harley Quinn Issue 24 cover.
When the B&W version was announced, I remember thinking that, stylistically, it felt like a Wonder Woman Art of War statue despite the red and black coloring. I wanted to add it to my collection to display next to my Amanda Conner Art of War statue, but I also saw many online reports of damaged statues. I decided to skip it, and then DC announced the RWB version. I bought the RWB version earlier this week on eBay and found the B&W version being clearanced for $25 at a local brick-and-mortar store today.
The B&W version was released when DC was using product boxes with one angled corner. Unfortunately, the B&W statue was one of several statues that are stored upside-down because the Styrofoam brick fits only one way. The RWB statue comes with a lot of soft foam pieces to cushion it during transit.
The B&W statue has the Batman oval base, while the RWB statue has the Harley Quinn base (shaped like her name). McFarlane Toys now distributes DC Direct's products, so the Spawn logo has been printed on the bottom of the RWB base. The statues have one metal peg in the right foot that fits into the bases.
The B&W face looks scarier, whereas the RWB face is a bit more playful. My copy of the RWB statue kinda has googly eyes, but the $80 that I paid is better than the $100 that almost everyone else wants.
Here are some comparison pix with other 1/10-scale statues that I have, including yes, the Amanda Conner Wonder Woman Art of War statue. ^_^
