The statue comes in two pieces, Batgirl and the base. Due to the pose, the box is bigger than boxes for larger statues. The grotesques (gargoyles have drainage holes in their mouth areas) are individually themed to the characters. For instance, Barbara Gordon is the Batfamily's information tech (and a librarian once upon a time in a previous continuity), so her grotesque is holding a book. Nightwing's parents were circus trapeze artists, so his grotesque is an elephant.
In hand, the fact that Batgirl's base is only half of a roof doesn't look as weird as I had feared. She measures about 5.25 inches, which translates to 5'3" "in real life" if we consider these to be 1/12-scale statues. I like how the statue conveys a good sense of motion, as if Batgirl is ready to swing between buildings.
The statue may even be smaller than a Batgirl action figure that I have!
Batgirl's costume is from the DC Rebirth era. The Burnside outfit was introduced in 2014 and carried into the Rebirth era until 2018, when this new one by Sean Murphy appeared. It's supposed to be a modified version of a spare costume from Batgirl's yesteryears.
I was hoping to get the Joshua Middleton Designer Series 1/6-scale statue of the same costume that was previewed but then probably canceled due to DC Direct being closed. Oh, well...
