I'm a big fan of Diamond Select Toys because this company makes statues and busts of characters that others would not consider. The Gallery/Femme Fatales PVC statues are great bargains for price-sensitive consumers. Aesthetically, these PVC statues frequently outshine expensive counterparts with dynamic, in-action poses rather than "standing at the corner waiting for the bus".
Diamond Gallery Batgirl of Burnside was released earlier this month, and this might be the last major statue from any company based on the Burnside costume. It appears that she's fighting on a rooftop of sorts, though when I first saw the base, I thought it was some sort of DDR contraption, lol. The base has a hole in it, and though the reason escapes me at the moment, I think the base was designed this way.
I like this statue, but I'm concerned about the Gallery statues' overall lack of consistency with regards to scaling. The DCAU statues were clearly 1/7-scale (except for Wonder Woman, which was undersized). These new DC Comics statues vary from almost 1/9-scale (Nightwing) to almost 1/6-scale (Batman Who Laughs). Batgirl is a tad smaller than Batwoman, Roller Derby Harley Quinn, and Catwoman (also sculpted by James Marsano). In this day and age, Diamond can easily use computer software to guard against such variance, and I hope that future statues are given a single scale so that they match when displayed together.
Here are some comparison shots with other Batgirl of Burnside merch.
